Hall Rentals

Oxford Heights Community Club has two halls for rent, ideal for hosting a Wedding, Social, Shower or Birthday Party. Ample parking and wheelchair access is available for each hall.

Hourly Hall Rental Prices

FULL PAYMENT DUE AT BOOKING 

Non-Alcoholic Events UNDER 75 people (before 9pm)

All Events: $40.00/hr

After 9pm: $55.00/hr

Non-Alcoholic Events 75 - 125 people (before 9pm)

All Events: $55.00/hr

After 9pm: $70.00/hr

Non-Alcoholic Events 126-225 people (before 9pm)

All Events: $70..00/hr

After 9pm: $85.00/hr

Events with Alcohol UNDER 100 people (before 9pm)

All Events: $80.00/hr

After 9pm: $95.00/hr

 

Events with Alcohol OVER 100 people (before 9pm)

All Events: $95.00/hr

          After 9pm: $110/hr

 

All renters pay from the time they enter the hall until the time they leave the hall, this includes decorating time. If you need to cancel your event if 72 or more hours notice are given 50% will be returned to you if less than 72 hours no refund will be given.

Upper Hall

Quiz Nights $800.00

6pm-12 am

2:30pm-5:30pm ( drop off liquor and decorate)

Additional time needed $55:hr

 

 

Socials $1350.00

7pm – 2 am Evening Access

2:30pm– 5:30pm (drop off liquor and decorate)

Additional decorating time: $20.00/hr

 

 

Weddings $1500.00

5pm – 1am Evening Access

1:30pm - 4:30pm (drop off liquor and decorate)

Additional decorating time: $20.00/hr

 

Hall Capacity:

Upper Banquet Hall

Lower Gym

 226 guests

Boardroom Rental:

Boardroom available to rent before 9 pm

8 people maximum at $30.00 an hour

INFORMATION FOR SOCIALS

Hall Rental: $1350 - Hall Capacity -274 ppl

7pm – 2 am Evening Access                                 

2:30-5:30 (drop off liquor and decorate) All permits and receipts (PAPER COPY MUST be left with alcohol)

Additional decorating time: $20.00/hr 

Social pricing includes: Ice, tables, chairs and Bartenders for evening

Renters must bring all mix and garnishes required for evening , cups for all beverages including coffee cups if serving coffee, and coffee if required

RENTERS RESPONSIBILITY AT END OF EVENT

All renters are responsible for the following at the end of the event:

Stacking of all chairs into groups of 10
Wiping down all tables
All decorations are to be taken down including any tape used on the walls
All garbage’s to be emptied and all garbage taken out to BFI bins in the back of the parking lot

 

LAST CALL IS AT 12:30am AND DRINK SERVICE ENDS AT 1:00am
